Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Rose Larson is an accomplished, self-taught artist

with a body of work ranging from impressionism to abstract expressionism.

 

Her work has been featured in museums and television shows.

She has completed a variety of commissions for advertising agencies as well as individual clients.

She allows spontaneity and intuition to guide her brush and palette knife, seeking to capture

emotional experience through highly textured and vivid strokes of acrylic.

 

Her paintings are inspired by nature, family, friends and an appreciation of the beauty of life.
